Hind Whale Contest | Story behind my country flag Venezuela 🟡🔵🔴

For me it's the most beautiful ever among other ones due to the combination of basic tones and stars in arc, so this is a great opportunity to talk about it because each element and colors have a humongous significance departing from the independent period of our history in the country, where national heroes did a lot for the sake of a democratic republic free of the Spanish colony since their arriving at the American continent. Here you the brief explanation of each band and the white items that means very much.✨

Yellow 💛

Represents the wealth from the lands characterized specially by the metal of gold which was consistently wished through the generations and sadly that was the gory reason to our aboriginal people standing for their lands and beloved ones against these foreigner conquers.

Blue 💙

Venezuela is a coast country that got incredible blessings by being surrounded on this warming Caribe sea, so this tone reminds the power of water that forms the lakes, lagoons, rivers abd even the important sea I just mentioned at the paragraph.

Red ♥️

The most iconical color in front of others, it means all the spilled blood during the wars and battles that our countrymen took place towards the oppressive European forces that wanted to still making strong influence and control over these latin boundaries. Of course they're very symbolic and any venezuelan know deeply about this relevant fact.

White 🤍

The seven stars are corresponding to the provinces of independence's period where they attended to the action to sign the official document of getting out from any way of Spanish government. Just the one of Guayana region where I'm currently living couldn't do it because the local governor was in the side of realistic politics of Spain's Kingdom. So, that's why we used to talk about eight stars but in fact the number seven rules for this powerful reason.

An incident

I'm currently owning a colored jacket based on the design of our flag and this is very symbolic to wear it especially abroad because it's official for national athletes and musicians like me. To buy it was a big deal during 2014 due to the development of Football World Cup in that year and I needed this clothe urgently to play as flutist in an orchestra, but manufacturers in general were very focused on producing pieces of other countries that participated in that international sport event, so you don't have idea how hard was getting my own flag in my own country... ironic, right? At the end I could finally purchase it with a little increasing of price. Just in Venezuela happened this, ironically.🙄

I hope you all can easily understand the shape of our beautiful flag. It represents and means a lot to me and other venezuelans like me, so it was an amazing pleasure to quickly write about it in order to partake in this interesting contest.
