Dear Steem Coffee Lovers and all Steemians...

Good news comes to all Indonesian steemians to join and unite to achieve the goals that have been agreed upon at the Internal Meeting of the Global Meet-Up Implementation Team at Steemcoffee.

It is an honor for Steemcoffee88 to be an important part as an implementer in the Global Meet-Up event which will be held on September 15, 2024.

The purpose of holding the Global Meet-Up is to be able to socialize between steemians and cross-communities throughout Indonesia and meet face to face with all of them and exchange ideas and share experiences while on steemit.

The Initiator Team, Steem Representatives and Community Representatives have held 2 official meetings at SteemCoffee Blang Peuriya Geudong to form the Global Meet-Up Committee and prepare the event mechanism. Regarding the decision is;

Formation of the committee structure
The committee that has been formed at the global Meet Up event is all Steem Representatives currently in Aceh/Indonesia, who will also be assisted by active steemians and community representatives in Aceh/Indonesia.
Determining the Topic
Meet-Up Theme: Strengthening the ties of friendship between fellow steemians in Indonesia and the world
Determining the Schedule
The Global Meet-Up will be held on September 15, 2024, and this schedule will be evaluated at the next meeting if there are important considerations.
Budget Requirements Formulation
Budget requirements refer to a survey conducted by the implementation team, so that the estimated budget requirements are: IDR 15,400,000 or equivalent to 5,133 Steem (price 3,000 IDR/steem)

Fundraising is now officially open. We thank Steemians and generous donors for using the hashtag #meetup25pc as an official fundraising effort that will go directly to the @steemcoffee88 account. These funds will later be fully distributed for the smooth running and success of the Met-Up Global activities later. (For transparency, Financial Report will be updated weekly using the official account @steemcoffee88)

Donors have started donating funds for Met-Up Global both in cash directly and by allocating part of the reward post prizes for the Steemcoffee88 account.

Dear Steem Coffee Lovers and all Steemian...

Kabar menggembirakan datang kepada seluruh steemian Indonesia untuk bergabung dan bersatu mencapai tujuan yang telah disepakati bersama pada Rapat Internal Tim Pelaksana Meet-Up Global di Steemcoffee.

Suatu kehormatan bagi Steemcoffee88 untuk menjadi bagian penting sebagai pelaksana dalam acara Meet-Up Global yang akan diadakan pada 15 September 2024 mendatang.

Adapun tujuan diadakannya Meet-Up Global ialah untuk dapat bersilaturahmi antar steemian dan lintas komunitas yang ada di seluruh Indonesia dan bertatap muka secara langsung dengan semuanya serta saling bertukar pikiran dan berbagi pengalaman selama berada di steemit.

Tim Inisiator, Perwakilan Steem dan Perwakilan Komunitas telah mengadakan 2 kali pertemuan resmi di SteemCoffee Blang Peuriya Geudong untuk membentuk Panitia Meet-Up Global dan mempersiapkan mekanisme acaranya. Menyangkut keputusan tersebut adalah;

Adapun panitia yang telah terbentuk pada acara Meet Up global adalah seluruh Perwakilan Steem yang saat ini berada di Aceh/Indonesia yang juga Komite ini akan dibantu oleh para steemian aktif dan perwakilan masyarakat di Aceh/Indonesia.

Menentukan Jadwal
Meet-Up Global akan diadakan pada tanggal 15 September 2024, dan jadwal ini akan dievaluasi pada pertemuan berikutnya jika ada pertimbangan penting.
