In today's fast paced world, it's essential to have activities that bring us happiness and calmness. For me, that activity is styling if gele( gele is a traditional head wraps for women).I find immense joy in creating beautiful designs and styles for my clients.

My love for gele began when I was young, watching my mom and aunts tie their gele for special occasions. And from tieing myself to church even without perfection. As I grew older, I become more interested in learning how to tie different styles.

Gele styling is not just a hobby, it's a way for me to express my creativity and connect with my cultural heritage.i love the process of selecting and choosing the perfect gele fabric, arranging, folding, twisting, and tying the gele to create a unique look, My favorite part is the arrangement part, where i will take time and arrange them to come neat and beautiful. It's a meditative process that helps me relax and unwind.

When I'm styling gele, I feel fully engaged and focused. The intricate folds and twists require attention to detail, which helps me clear my mind and be present in the moment. It's a therapeutic experience that leaves me feeling fulfilled and satisfied.

As a gele stylist, I've had the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Each client brings their unique style and preferences, which challenges me to think creativity and push the boundaries of traditional gele styling.

My hobby has also become a way for me to connect with others who share similar interests. It makes me connect with different people meet different people, characters and etc. I've joined online groups where gele stylist share their work, provide tips and learn from each other. It's inspiring to see the creativity and passion that grows into gele styling.

In conclusion, gele styling is more than just a hobby for me. It's a source of joy, relaxation, and creative expressions. It allows me to connect with my cultural heritage, challenge myself creatively, and build meaningful relationships with others. Whether I'm styling gele for a special occasions or just for fun, I know that I'm doing something that brings me happiness and fulfillment
