My 2020: Just a normal day | My family

Good night my Dear friends! Here I am once again with my entry to the My 2020 challenge: Just a normal day proposed by our friend @anomadsoul

Buenas noches mis queridos amigos! Aquí estoy una vez más con mi entrada al desafio My 2020 challenge: Just a normal daypropuesto por nuestro amigo @anomadsoul.

I will divide this challenge into two parts. simply because one thing is the weekdays in which the labor obligations take about 11 hours a day and on the other hand the weekends where we take the opportunity to enjoy with the family usually on the beach.

Voy a dividir este desafio en dos partes. simplemente porque una cosa son los días de semana en que las obligaciones laborales insumen cerca de 11 horas al día y por otro lado los fin de semana donde aprovechamos para disfrutar en familia generalmente en la playa.

From Monday to Friday my days begin at 6.30 am, where after a brief breakfast with fruits and watering the plants, I go out for a short 20-minute walk, since in the afternoon it is complicated that I can take some time to do my physical activity at a good pace.

De lunes a viernes mis días comienzan a las 6.30 hs de la mañana, donde después de un breve desayuno con frutas y hecharle agua a las plantas, salgo a realizar una breve caminata de 20 minutos, ya que en horas de la tarde es complicado que pueda dedicarme un tiempo para realizar mi actividad física a buen ritmo.

Returning from this short walk, it is time to take a shower and after taking a few mates I will take the bus that passes 1 kilometer from my house. While this walk to the bus is a good exercise, I do not take it as such since I do not wear the appropriate clothing. In addition to this I am of the idea that the exercise that one does for oneself should not be related to another activity such as walking to work and since from the beginning one is aware of the tasks that must be performed in the workday and For this reason it does not meet the recreational aspect that one should look for in physical activity.

De regreso de este breva paseo, es tiempo de darme una ducha y despues de tomar unos mates voy a tomar el bus que pasa a 1 kilómetro de mi casa. Si bien esta caminata hasta el bus es un buen ejercicio, no o tomo como tal ya que no llevo la indumentaria adecuada. Además de ello soy de la idea que el ejercicio que uno hace para si mismo no debe estar relacionado con otra actividad como puede ser ir caminando al trabajo ya qeu ya desde el inicio uno va mentalizado de las tareas que debe realizar en la jornada laboral y por tal motivo no cumple con el aspecto recreativo que uno debe buscar en la actividad física.

After a little more than 45 minutes of travel, the bus leaves me 4 streets away from my job, where I will work all day to work with different spreadsheets, carrying out analysis of the management and tax settlements of the company for which I work.

Después de algo más de 45 minutos de viaje el bus me deja a 4 calles de nu trabajo donde me dedicaré todo el día a trabajar con diferentes planillas de cálculo realizando analisis de la gestión y liquidaciones impositivas de la empresa para la cual trabajo.

Once the working day was finished at 6 pm I disconnect the chip from work mode to family mode. Usually when I get home we take a walk through a place or park to see my little girl enjoy running and play and encourage her to spend time outdoors.

Una vez finalizada la jornada laboral a las 18 horas desconecto el chip de modo trabajo a modo familia. Generalmente cuando llego a casa aprovechamos a dar una vuelta por alguna plaza o algún parque para ver disfrutar a mi pequeña correr y jugar e incentivarla a pasar tiempo al aire libre.

After the walk, sometimes we go out to make a purchase to have merchandise at home that we need in our house.

Después del paseo en ocasiones salimos a realizar alguna compra para tener en casala mercaderia que nos falta en nuestra casa.

From Monday to Friday this would be a normal day of my life.

De lunes a viernes este sería un día normal de mi vida.

The best comes on the weekends and although we don't have a place to go repeatedly, it is normal to get in the car, take the road and go for a walk to the beach or the mountains.

Lo mejor llega los fin de semana y si bien no tenemos un lugar al que vayamos recurrentemente, lo normal es que nos subamos al auto, tomemos la carretera y salgamos de paseo a la playa o a las sierras.

On weekends they are pure celebration, family enjoyment and great relaxation. During the summer months we usually go to the beach that is located 100 kilometers from home to spend a beautiful afternoon and enjoy the sun hitting our faces. If it is beautiful we bathe in the sea, if it is cool we play in the sand and take the opportunity to walk several kilometers to contemplate the tranquility of the sound of the sea and the peace it transmits.

Los fin de semana si que son de pura celebración, de disfrute en familia y de gran relajación. Duranete los meses de verano solemos ir hasta la playa ques está ubicada a 100 kilómetros de casa a pasar una linda tarde y a disfrutar del sol pegando en nuestros rostros. Si está lindo nos bañamos en el mar, si está fresco jugamos en la arena y aprovechamos a caminar varios kilómetros para contemplar la tranquilidad del sonido del mar y de la paz que transmite.

The way there, my daughter does it on foot and on the way back I bring it on my shoulders.

El camino de ida, mi hija lo hace a pie y al regreso la traigo en mis hombros.

The day we travel to the mountains is also very interesting and stressful since the energy of the mountains and the river allow us to achieve a great connection between us and enjoy beautiful landscapes. There we have the possibility of bathing in the river or climbing a small mountain range enjoying the flora and fauna of the place.

El día que viajamos a las sierra también es muy interesante y desestresante ya que la energía de las sierras y el río permiten que logremos una gran conexión entre nosotros y disfrutamos de hermosos paisajes. Allí tenemos la posibilidad de bañarnos en el río o bien de escalar alguna pequeña sierra disfrutando de la flora y fauna del lugar.

As you can see, what is a normal day from Monday to Friday is not the same as on weekends. If you give me a choice, I would like most of my days to be like weekends, but I am satisfied that I can enjoy my family and the outdoors two days even days a week.

Como podrán ver, lo que es un día normal de lunes a viernes, no es lo mismo que los fin de semana. Si me dan para elegir me gustaría que la mayoría de mis días fuesen como los fin de semana, pero me conformo de poder disfrutar de mi familia y del aire libre dos aunque sea dís días a la semana.

There is something that is part of my normal days any day of the week and this is the dedication to this fabulous community, where I usually think about the contents to be developed to make my posts at night to shape them, finish them and upload them in the morning, Except for very rare exceptions.

Hay algo que forma parte de mis días normales cualquier día de la semana y ello es la dedicación a esta fabulosa comunidad, donde generalemte suelo pensar los contenidos a desarrollar para hacer mis posteos por las noches para darles forma, terminarlos y subirlos por la mañana, salvo muy raras excepciones.

The good thing about this challenge is to be able to verify how different or similar customs can be in different countries, as well as the realities of each one of us which does not allow us to know each other a little more.

Lo bueno de este desafío es poder comprobar que tan distintas o similares pueden ser las costumbres en los diferentes países, como así también las realidades de cada uno de nosotros lo cual no permite conocernos cada día un poco más.
