Common Five-ring Butterfly (Ypthima baldus)
Hey everyone! Here is my first post on AROUND THE WORLD Community. Some time ago, a friend told me about this community, he is @new-spirit.
He said, there are many great photographer talents here. I was interested after hearing from him, and today I decided to join here. I hope that I can learn a lot about photography from my friends in the community.
By the way, in my first post, I'd like to share the common five-ring, otherwise known in entomology as Ypthima baldus, a species of butterfly belonging to the Nymphalidae family.
This photo was taken by me this afternoon in a local forest, still within the area of my town, Lhokseumawe. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy at the time and I had a hard time changing the exposure settings to get a nice bright photo.
