In my opinion, a world war can occur at any time due to friction between a country or occur because of the element of interest. For example, in living daily life with small war lovers also often occur as a result of friction and mutual personal interests.

The important thing to remember the impact after the war, namely both sides will be harmed by each other, because of the destruction, death, fear, peace, loss. Rebuilding a city takes a long time, and a lot of money.

Therefore, I agree with the opinion that it is better to spend years at the negotiating table than on a day of war.

The best solution to prevent war from happening is to live in harmony and peace between countries, do not be divided by adverse issues. In addition, the leaders of the country also do not underestimate each other's ambitions and egoism, because whatever happens of course society and many innocent people will be victims.
