Winter has returned to us today. The wind is from the north, it's snowing. Therefore, today the birds arrived en masse to my feeder. the main flock is the greenies. These birds come to me all winter, but they start arriving especially a lot in March. But today there are still chaffinch. These birds come to my feeder only late in autumn and in spring on such days. These are migratory birds. They fly to warmer climes late in the fall, when it's already snowing, and arrive just as early, when it's still snowing. But they practically do not peck food from the feeder, they jump on the ground under the feeder, pick up small crumbs from sunflower. I feed the birds with seeds in winter, the birds eat them well. I must say that I often post photos of birds, so today I decided to show chaffinches.

Вот я и решил показать немного своих птичек. Свежие, только что из фотоаппарата достал.
К нам сегодня вернулась зима. Ветер северный, идет снег. Поэтому сегодня птицы массово прилетели к моей кормушке. основная стая - это зеленушки. Это птицы бывают у меня всю зиму, но особо много они начинают прилетать в марте. Но сегодня еще появились зяблики. Эти птицы бывают у моей кормушки только поздно осенью и вот весной в такие дни. Это перелетные птицы. Они улетают в теплые края поздно осенью, когда уже снег у нас лежит, а прилетают так же рано, когда еще снег лежит. Но они практически не клюют корм из кормушки, они прыгают на емле под кормушкой, подбирают мелкие крошки от подсолнечника. Я зимой кормлю семечками птиц, птицы хорошо их едят. Надо сказать, что я часто выкладываю фото птиц, поэтому сегодня я решил показать зябликов.

And yet I waited for the moment when the chaffinch was sitting almost in an open space on a branch at the level of my eyes. I made a whole bunch of shots with chaffinches today, but they all don't turn out very clearly - the lighting is too bad and the snow prevents you from taking a high-quality photo. And there is another reason - the window glass has become no longer clean, it is necessary to wash it.

И всё же я выждал момент, когда зяблик сидел практически на открытом пространстве на ветке на уровне моих глаз. Я сегодня сделал целую кучу кадров с зябликами, но они все какие-то не очень внятные получаются - слишком плохое освещение и снег мешает сделать качественное фото. И еще есть причина - оконное стекло стало уже не чистым, надо его помыть.

All day today these chaffinch are jumping in my garden. The ground was already partially clean yesterday, and today everything was covered with snow again. So they jump on this fresh snow and find something. Of course, a lot of sunflower seeds were blown up by the wind, so they probably found it.

Целый день сегодня эти зяблики прыгают у меня по огороду. Земля вчера уже частично была чистая, а сегодня всё снова запорошило снегом. Вот они и прыгают по этому свежему снегу и что-то находят. Конечно, много оисок от семечек ветром раздуло, вот они это, наверное, и нашли.





And that's how the greenfinch perceived the appearance of chaffinches next to the feeder today. These greenfinch even started fighting among themselves. When there were few of them, everything was quiet. And now - there is food in the feeder, there is enough for everyone! But apparently this is the essence of all living things - what if I don't have enough? We need to take the best piece for ourselves!

А вот так зеленушки восприняли сегодня появление зябликов рядом с кормушкой. Эти зеленушки начали даже драться между собой. Когда их было мало, то всё было спокойно. И сейчас - корм в кормушке лежит, на всех хватит! Но видимо такова сущность всего живого - а вдруг мне не хватит? Надо лучший кусок себе отобрать!
Так и у нас у людей.
