Definitely our activities have totally changed, and the fact of working from home helps us in some things and makes it difficult in others, especially in what you mention, it is not the same to deal with an issue by message or mail than in person as it lends itself to many interpretations and can generate problems, so you give good advice when you say that we must be more empathetic to better cope with this whole situation. I love reading you here! Indeed, even if we are predisposed we will show a tendency to have negative energies. This pandemic has come to transform even our ways of communicating and now we have the task of being more empathic in the way we are writing...a big hug.
