one of the things that companies have to internalise is that the basis of any organisation is its employees and that if you expect them to have a commitment to the company the organisation must also have a commitment to its workforce so that there is a balance and the company can grow for the benefit of all, otherwise it is likely to have many problems that can be avoided.
Hi @trabajosdelsiglo, in recent years that conception of internalization has been gaining momentum, so this is likely to continue to improve. Thanks for commenting.
