Starting from the sentence placed by him, I will begin by giving my point of view about the topic.

Technology is an element that has become a necessary tool since the beginning of the advance of humanity. Since the time of the caves, human beings have needed technology to survive. From the daily things like the use of knives or the creation of weapons for hunting, like the comforts that today allow us a "Better Life ".

The problem is not eradicated in the technology itself, which in theory is a help. The problem of it is the use that is given to it, in most cases, it becomes a useful tool to become a weapon of use against the opposite.

There are many examples of this, ranging from the most transcendental and of gigantic magnitude to the most daily in the day to day.

To cite two examples, considered by me, of a non-positive use of technology at a massive level, I will cite the use of nuclear energy as well as the alleged project [H.A.R.R.P.[(https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Frequency_Active_Auroral_Research_Program)

Atomic or nuclear energy is produced from the division of atoms. The development of this technology was to achieve a way to create energy for human consumption in the form of electricity by ensuring a clean energy. However, it was discovered that it could be used as a weapon of war and for power interests it was developed more for military use than for which it was the premise of research.

As for the H.A.R.R.P. project, they are assigned the use of it for strategic military attacks instead of what it was supposed to be used for. It has not been possible to demonstrate and it is considered conspiratorial attacks all mention of military use but it is considered to be the cause of several natural disasters among which the floods in New Orleans or the earthquake in China that destroyed a weapons factory in that country.

In the daily life I will take as an example of the misuse of technology two advances within this branch. The automobile and the Internet.

Although the car is a vehicle created for the transfer of people, supplies or equipment and thus facilitate the path of human beings. The misuse of this technology has mourned millions of families around the world. Excessive speed and human recklessness is the main reason for this.

As for the Internet, which is a tool used to support research and entertainment of its users, it has a dark side which they call The Infra network or The dark network, where an endless number of atrocities and a world of unlimited digital crime appear.

The technology has become, thanks to its negative use, a weapon for the human being itself. In fact no one can imagine a world without it. As a palpable reality of this situation, we can put as an example the reality of the country situation of Venezuela. Where frequent power cuts with also internet interruptions lead to a mini-collapse of the day to day life of its inhabitants.

There is a reflection that is captured in the film MATRIX REVOLUTION, where the main character dialogues with another character and this tells him the symbiotic need that humanity and machines have, in this case technology. Both depend on both, and that is something we cannot avoid at present.

Everything depends on the use of technology, from the simplest to the most complex.
