Apart from all the stories and powers attributed to it from the Marvel world, the tesseract in a real concept, we can say that the tesseract or hypercube would be the geometric equivalent of the three-dimensional cube that we are all familiar with but represented in a four dimensional space.
Al margen de todas las historias y los poderes que se le atribuyen desde el mundo Marvel el teseracto en un concepto real, podemos decir que el teseracto o hipercubo sería el equivalente geométrico del cubo de tres dimensiones que a todos nos es familiar pero representado en un espacio de cuatro dimensiones.
Dimensions could be defined as the degrees of freedom of an object, in a world of 0 dimensions there would only be a point without size and static, if we add a degree of freedom the object can move left and right in a one-dimensional space, if we add one more degree of freedom we can move left-right, forward-back.
Se podrían definir las dimensiones como los grados de libertad de un objeto, en un mundo de 0 dimensiones solo existiría un punto sin tamaño y estático, si añadimos un grado de libertad el objeto se podrá mover a izquierda y derecha en un espacio unidimensional, si añadimos un grado más de libertad podremos movernos a izda-dcha, adelante-atrás.
