RE: Guidelines for the management of preventive actions

in Project HOPE3 years ago

Hello, Friend @yossaeluz.

I find the aspects you raise very revealing, although you did it in a rather abstract way.

That is, you are talking to us about avoiding disagreements, but I would like to hear a concrete example of some cases of lack of compliance that could arise in the work environment.

What are those acts that could be avoided if these Guidelines for the management of preventive actions were taken?

Sort:

Hello @juanmolina Preventive actions are taken to potential nonconformities, i.e. problems that could occur if actions are not taken, the potential or actual nonconformities arise from a breach of a requirement established in a standard on which the quality management system is based, it can also be a law, or a requirement of a customer ... I hope I have clarified your concern, maybe later I will touch the subject again in a more explicit way ...greetings!

Greetings friend, thanks for responding.

I imagine you mean the rules and procedures manual. As you should know, these manuals have a legal character within the organizational structure.

And yes, when the established procedures are not complied with, it is even possible that a reprimand and even dismissal procedure will be started, which could even lead to judicial sanctions.
