Learning everyday is one good way to become a better version of ourselves, it takes consistent growth and improvement to discard the feeling of loneliness.
Seeing a therapist is a thing so many people from this side of the world try to avoid but it is a very good option in a situation like this one.
You're right. People may try to avoid it but it is still a very valid solution.
