Hello friend, excellent advice, certainly we will always have competition and I think you have to know how to devise strategies to keep the customer interested. Knowing how to manage our time is important and delegate tasks as well, if we have a team we must know how to distribute responsibilities to keep the business moving forward. Greetings!
Thank you, competition will always arise but we need to look for ways to keep up with the game.
