Hello my friend, absolutely right, there are people who only focus on giving excuses or looking for someone to blame for their failures, instead of concentrating on what went wrong to correct it and learn from the mistakes, which really helps to achieve results .
Instead of looking for who to blame, it is better they take corrections and attempt to be better.
