So beautifully expressed. I think so many get caught in that need to be loved that we can mistake abusive attention for love and rationalize that it is better than no attention at all. Love is sacrificial and about the other not ones self and therefore it can't be pain. Keep spreading the healthy message and strengthen those who are betrayed by their own loneliness and brokenness to accept less than they deserve for in compromising in their relationships, and surrogating pain for true love, they slowly erode their own self worth and personal view of their value and this can be hard to recover.
