Therefore, if a company wishes to be competitive, it is necessary for it to seek advantages in the essential competencies to achieve these results. Moreover, these capabilities or challenges will allow the company to enter new markets and create new products. Undoubtedly, the competitiveness of a company derives from the possibility of creating in technologies, skills and essential aptitudes that contribute to organizational development and effectiveness, becoming a real challenge for organizations of all types in the 21st century.

Based on the above considerations, Chiavenato (2009) points out that essential competencies "represent the set of skills and technologies associated with organizational resources and processes that are applied in an integrated and convergent manner". In other words, they are represented by the skills and capabilities of the people who, together with the organizational resources, ensure through effective leadership to achieve the competitiveness required by the company.

For this, it is important to count on the organizational effectiveness that emerges as time goes by and experience improves. In fact, this process can only be achieved with the support of the talents that are part of the organization, since their behavior has a significant effect on the achievement of the established goals, as this process is a function of people.

All the aforementioned allows inferring that before initiating any administrative action, it is essential to determine the results that the social group intends to achieve, as well as the future conditions and the necessary elements for it to function efficiently.

This can only be achieved through the essential competencies of the organization, which represent the different ways in which production skills are coordinated and the multiple technological currents are integrated. It implies, communication, participation and commitment to the company and the established objectives, which ensure the highest competitiveness.

Conclusion:

There are many companies that do not take into account the essential competencies as a key element for the achievement of organizational effectiveness, bringing as consequences little coordination in the production activities, deficiencies in the integration processes and deficient communicational processes. However, those that do take core competencies into account are organizations that are on the road to continued success.

The use of core competencies in organizations increases the skills at the human being level, as well as their job satisfaction, being ready at all times to changes that lead to better results of the organization.

No business owner can boast of building a successful business alone, it all has to do with putting effort together in order to achieve a common goal as a team.

greetings @ajewa I share your opinion successful companies are those that think of the collective to emerge, as there are also some that only think of the exploitation of man to become profitable and ultimately fail.
