I'm glad to hear that you've enjoyed reading this particular book. I also found content in this book to be very interesting and valuable. And so universal (book was initially written so very long time ago).

whenever I go for the client meeting because this way the impact on the meeting is quite fruitful.

Hopefully you have a nice and warm smile :) I apparently look like 'dracula' with long and sharp teeth so I've learned to smile with my eyes, more than with my lips.
