Think of the last time you got angry at a business because of how bad its customer service was… A business can lose it customers because of bad customer service and at the same time, a business can attract a lot of customers because of high quality customer service. That is what standing out does for a business in a highly competitive marketplace. When a business stands out, it puts itself in a very good position to get noticed by its target customers which in turn leads to more sales.
