It is psychologically more difficult for buyers to decide to buy a service. Here are some of the obstacles going through their minds.

They don't understand its benefits:

This is one of the main difficulties that most customer do face. Maybe they came across your business advertisement somewhere, though they are interested, but they don't know fully what your business will offer them compared to other services out there. You as a business person must try as much to communicate the benefits attached to your services through different channels as many as possible.

They do not believe that the price is justified:

Generally, many clients have it at the back of their minds after any purchase, thinking maybe the price is fair for their transactions.
As a business person, you must learn to persuade your clients, let them know why your price is cheaper or why you think your services at the price you offer it is fair enough.

Not sure about the end result:

Assuming your customer is using your provided service for the very first time, they won't stop thinking what the after results of using your service will be: (Will they be satisfied or disappointed).
This thought really influence their decision either to buy your service or maybe not.

They want a guarantee:

This is what almost every client always wish to have. Even though business owners get confused here on what or how to go buy guarantee. What your clients wants here is the assurance of quality and satisfaction. A simple message of confidence, telling them to calm and assurance of delivering a great service will go a long way.

They want to understand the risks they carry:

Clients always love to know what they are getting into, the risk attached. e.g will your service delivery be time consuming? If yes, can they cope? Will your service be just as it was explained or advertised? This are the things they always love to consider

There is also a more difficult obstacle - personal negative experience. The client has already been "burned" once, and now he is skeptical about buying courses or ordering articles on the site. It is important for the seller to present the service correctly: to dispel doubts, to describe in detail the product and the result.

Dealing with people on a business level, on a sales level, is often complex.
If it's dealing with them over the phone it gets more difficult.
Making it clear to the clients what is being offered is crucial, and you are right, people are always going to want a guarantee, that gives them a little confidence, besides, they are always going to ask for a discount, even if they think the price is adjusted.
