I will begin this publication with a business approach focused on organizational social responsibility and in the following contributions concerning Agribusiness, as we know in the new times marked by globalization; companies, their owners and managers, cannot be distanced from national and international events and every day society expects from them, greater interrelationships, willingness to cooperate and commit responsibly and ethically in the social field so that it can face and overcome the growing problems that afflict it.

Although organizations are made up of individuals, and although the personal character of directors is of decisive importance in the ethical profile of organizations, organizational responsibilities do not coincide with individual responsibilities, corporate decision-making methods differ from personal ones, the principles and objectives of organizations are sometimes above individuals, and corporate values do not necessarily have to be identified with the personal values of the members of the organization; in short, business ethics have components (organizational ones) that clearly distinguish them from individual ethics.
Through social responsibility, companies can have good relations with communities, which directly influence organizational survival and the smooth running of the organization's affairs, since the efficiency, morale and productivity of workers, as well as the acceptance or not of the products or services offered, are influenced by the favorable or unfavorable opinions of the community towards the company.

Business behavior based on ethics benefits society as a whole, the company itself and the economy in which it is inserted, ethical principles form the basis of trust and cooperation, and of course the assessment of business activities as correct or not, based and strengthened in the organizational competitiveness of the same.
