The diarygame - Betterlife- 02/08/2021: I MADE MYSELF SOME LUNCH.

in Team Uganda3 years ago

Hello steemians!! Hope you’re doing great.
I woke up early today feeling positive and energetic🤗. Well, I had some kind of joy because I had prayed to God and I got an assurance that everything is going to be okay.
So I decided to do some sewing with the machines then I did some delivery for my client’s suit @yohan2on.
After the delivery, I decided to do make some lunch because I was actually hungry.

I’m a huge fun of meat, pork, fish, chicken🤤🤤...I must say that I just love eating anything whether it is red or white meat.
With all the above choices, I decided to do pork..because it is easy and fast to prepare. So I got some pork for cooking and also got some fruits for juice.

This is what used for the food preparation:

  • 2kg of pork
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of ginger
  • green paper
  • carrots
  • rayco

And the following were for the juice:

  • a mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 clove of ginger
  • oranges
  • passion fruits

For the juice, I just blended all the above fruits. Got a thick mixture and I added more water and some sugar.

Then for the pork:

  • chopped the pieces into smaller portions
  • separated the fat from the actual meat
I added the fat into the pan and boiled it until it became brownish with a lot of oil.
  • added the pork
  • added salt
  • I blended the tomatoes,onions,carrots,green peppers, ginger,rayco
  • once the pork turned to brown,I reduced the oil in the pan and added the blended mixture.
  • I allowed it to seamer for about 15 minutes.
Lunch was ready plus the juice!!
I enjoyed my lunch with yohan2on!!!I hope you find this helpful😊
