That's the missing neighbour who came home drunk and stood outside too long, not the snowman. Those pigeon's tho... everybody needs love, pigeons are human too
Ah, yes. On the first day the "drunk neighbor" got stuck in the snow and was just confused. The next day a major hungover struck. He just couldn't deal with anything that day. And on the third day - fuck, I pressed "Reply" prematurely - ugh... on the third day he was sad and prayed to be helped out from his cold snowy cage.
