My Own Cooked Sauted Chicken with Sweet Potato
Hello Everyone☺☺☺
I cooked here a "Sauted Chicken with Sweet Potato". All we commonly known it as a Sauted Chicken only,and usually we put it with a potato. But for me instead of a potato I used a sweet potato. First I dont have a potato at the fridge all I have was a sweet potato. Second, if I buy potato its too expensive. And since sweet potato is all I have, I rather used it than its be rotten. Now I have here the ingredients and procedure on how I did it.
INGREDIENTS:
- chicken
- sweet potato
- tomato
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- garlic and onions
- oil (not included in the photo)
- salt
- seasoning
- black pepper
- water
PROCEDURE:
1.Saute the condements in a pan with oil.(Garlic,onions,tomato)
2.Put the sweet potato and pour water until the sweet potato become soft.
3.Put the soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper,salt and seasoning to taste.Then let it boil.
4.Once it boiled put the chicken.And let it cooked.
5.Taste it and if its good.Then its ready serve it.
Just like that everyone. You can also do this at your home. If you would ask me how it taste well,its yummy. And I cant taste the sourness of the dish because it's not a sweet and sour dish. I just put vinegar to it to complement the saltyness of the dish.So now the taste was really good.I hope you like it too.Thats all everyone.Happy eating.

This actually looks pretty yummy, only the unfortunate of the lighting is pretty unwelcoming.
Hope that in the future when you are cooking you will be able to have a steadier camera, or try to switch on the lights during cooking. I know how it is when you try to cook and shoot at the same time. I ended up moving my stove (thank God it is portable) to closer to the natural light
