INTRODUCTION

Wow!!!, Wow!!!, compliments of the season everyone in this community, it's good to be here again working out as usual. I like exercise that's why I identify with this community, they help me do it by instructions, because left on my own I may not pick up the courage to start. But by the push from here, I start and finish it, so thank you @steemfitnesshub.

My imparts are many:
*As I sat on the wall, I discovered that my knees were seriously paining me. I even heard the stretching noise from my knees ( kramp, kramp)
That's to say that this very exercise is very helpful to my knees. I like this very impart because for some times now due to the knee pain I have refused on my own to bend down in that way, but by this workout I was able to sit on the wall bending my knees, thanks @steemfitnesshub.

*My second impart from this exercise is that my waist was as well stretched. I was feeling the stretching pain at my waist line as I sat on the wall. I was sitting there like 3 to 4 minutes. The imparts were very visible on my knees and on my waist, as I heard the stretching sound ( kprip kprip) 😂😂😂. Thereby giving me notable relief from almost every day pains I usually have. These experiences have made me now to like doing this workout/ exercise, thank you my leaders 😀😀😀.

*My third experience was on my hands, from my shoulders to my palm I felt a straightening. It was as if someone pulled my hands to make them straight. I mean I felt my hands straightened. Why I'm excited is that I know all these exercises and the help imparts but could not just get up to do them on my own but this community has given me both the boost and the couragement to do it. I will continue doing them whenever I noticed any workouts challenges from @steemfitnesshub.
My whole body and muscles are stretched and are affected positively. Thanks.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion I'm rightly saying that it's good to workout. I noticed relief from my knees, waist, from my shoulders to my palms and then my general body muscles were stretched making me to be free from body pains against the usual.

You are indeed great in participating in this workout challenge. Truly speaking most of the muscles and joint frictions we usually have are due to lack of adequate exercise. Keep working out daily or at least three times a week. I assure you that those joint pains will go. Am speaking from experience.
