Achievement 3 | Plagiarism

Hello Everyone. I hope you'll are fine. My name is ZEESHAN AHMED KHAN, and this is my Achievement 3 post , which is about plagiarism.

What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism is the act of stealing someone else work and attempting to pass it off "as your own". This can apply to anything from, term papers to photograph to songs and even ideas.

Types of plagiarism : COPYING.

The most well known, and sadly the most common type of plagiarism is copying. If you copy someone else work and put your name on it . You have plagiarized.

Types of plagiarism : PATCHWORK PLAGIARISM.

The second type of plagiarism is similar to copying and is perhaps the most common type of plagiarism . This occurs when the plagiarizer borrows the phrases and clauses from the original source and weaves them into his own writing without putting the phrases in quotation mark or citing the author.

Types of plagiarism : PARAPHRASING PLAGIARISM.

The third type of plagiarism is paraphrasing plagiarism. This occur when the plagiarizer paraphrases or summarize author's work without citing the source. Even changes the words little or using synonyms but retaining author's essential thoughts is still consider plagiarism.

Types of plagiarism: ACCIDENTAL PLAGIARISM:

It is the type of Plagiarism in which you are not copied other person work but accidentally your idea and some other person idea as same.

How to avoid plagiarism?

Avoiding plagiarism is quite simple. The best method for avoiding plagiarism is to simply be honest. When you have used a source in your paper, give credit where it's due. Acknowledge the author of the original work you have used.
