Achievement 2 task: basic security on steem

Hello steemians, I'm super excited to join this platform, and as expected of all steemians to know and understand the basic security on steemit so as to curtail illegal access to ones account. I want to make a post on that regard and hopefully I get verified so I can move on to the next task.
On that note, I'll be answering some vital questions as regarding steem. Please Take a look below

Question 1
Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

Yes I have
Immediately I downloaded the keys I quickly backed it up on my email where I can access it easily in case of any eventuality

Question 2
Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes of course I know all of them and I've even used a few of them in my transactions
Here is the breakdown of all the keys on steemit

POSTING KEY: this key is required before loggin and its used for posting on steemit, re-steeming other peoples post, following other accounts etc. However, limited posting key exists to restrict the damage that might be caused by a compromised account key.

ACTIVE KEY: This key is very sensitive and its used for transferring funds from one account to another on the steemit platform. Its also used for other purposes like powering up/down, placing market order, voting for witness, and converting SBD to steemit.

OWNER KEY: This is the most powerful key on steemit platform because it can be used to change any key. In case of any illegal entry to your account, this key can be used to reset all the other keys an your account recovered within 30days.

MEMO KEY: this key is used to encrypt and decrypt memos when transferring tokens on the steemit platform.

Question 3
How do you plan to keep your master password?

I understand that without my master key my account can't be recovered if its hacked, so I make provision for that by saving it in a folder in my email for easy access in case of any illegal access to my account.

Question 4
Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem account?

First of all you'll need to login to the steemit wallet through your username and your private active key

Secondly, you click on transfer as shown below

Thirdly, you write the name of the account and the amount you want want to transfer and then press next as shown below

After doing that, your token will automatically be transfered to the account you entered

Question 5
Do you know how to power up your steem?

Of course i do. The steps are provided below
Firstly, you login to the steemit wallet through your username and active key

Secondly, you click on power up as shown below

Finally, you put in your username and the amount of steem you want to power up and press power up as shown below

Immediately that is done, your account is powered up automatically.

Conclusion
With this knowledge on the basic security on steem, you can be rest assured of a smooth and soothing journey on the steemit platform. the security of your account being the utmost priority is also guaranteed anytime anyday.
