These sort of plagiarism is the most common.These is simply when someone taked/borrowed someone content (quote, etc.) without enclosing the sentence with these quotation marks..

(2) SELF PLAGIARISM

When you are used an old/ work for any form of new achievement or for new work without first receive d permission from the receiver of the last work you did, you are committing self plagiarism.

(3)Direct Plagiarism

Is these acting of plagiarising any one work or a quote within out properly attributing the these sources.

(4)Complete plagiarism

When I taking these someone study and present it have under my own name, this is referring to the plagiarism.

How to Avoid plagiarism

.Always maked a note of have you get the information you using in you work. To the explained a subject in your my sentence, you must read and absorb it independent.
When these conducting research and taking notes for your work... make a note of the source of every piece of information you come across.

Quote and paraphrase

You should have paraphrase or quote the real text if you have want to communicate a thought or pieces of information from a source in you work.
