Achievement4 Task: Markdown Application
A big shout out to all the members of this great community that supports us and helps all the new revenues of the best Steemit platform, today I present the achievement 4 Markdown App. I must say that I was already a little familiar with some of these applications, since in search of my posts being a little more seen and attractive I looked for information on my own and until now I already knew how to make titles and subtitles, centered text and justified text, bold and italic so in this task I will try to do new things to learn a little more.

Healthy eating is one of the main factors in promoting and maintaining good health throughout life. An inadequate diet on the other hand is one of the main risk factors for the development of hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, overweight or obesity, and the main non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer or diabetes mellitus
negative aspects of poor nutrition
Poor nutrition, in any form, presents considerable risks to human health. Malnutrition contributes almost a third of all child deaths.
Rising rates of overweight and obesity worldwide are associated with an increase in NCDs or noncommunicable diseases.
Hence the importance of always having a good diet to ensure excellent health.

ENERGY

REGULATORS
Its function is to act as catalysts in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The main nutrients are vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
and so I end my achievement 4. The new applications I made and learned today were as follows:
- Align the image to the right or left
- Make a table
- Vary the size of a title
- Place the text in 2 columns
- Place an appointment
