I present to you my 6th achievement post which concerns Curation and Community.

Voting and Curation:

Any user can upvote or downvote any post depending on the content of the post.
If your post gets an upvote, you will receive what is called author’s reward, on the contrary, you won’t get rewards if your post is downvoted .
Every time you vote, you will use a small amount of your voting mana, the more voting mana you use the less influence your vote has.
Every 100% vote uses 2% of your remaining voting mana, the good news is that your voting mana recharges by 20% each day and you can vote more than 10 times per day althy each vote will be worth less, and it will take more time to fully recharge your voting mana again.

Curation:

Curation is the reward that a user gets in return for an upvote, If the user downvotes any post he/she won’t be getting rewards in return. The ratio of curation reward is 50% - 50%, E.g If a user gives a vote of $1 the user will be getting 50% of his vote value so basically the user will get $0.50 as a curation reward.

What happens if you vote a post before 5 minutes from the time the post was created?

The table below will help us understand what happens with different voting time.

4 Minutes	80%	20%
5 Minutes	100%	0%

According to the table, the best time to vote a new post is after 5 minutes.

I will be voting for @justyy as a witness, the reason I gave him my vote is because he has been very helpful and he (@justyy)
developed steemyy.com.
I can vote up to 30 witnesses so I definitely will be checking other witnesses nevertheless.

Newcomers' Community created by @crytokannon is the first community to join as a newbie in order to gain knowledge concerning Steemit platform.
SteemAlive was created by my mentor @focusnow.
The community is growing very fast under his lead because of his determination and wide campaign to bring steemit.com to many people as possible. Members of this community are supportive and helpful.

Special regards to @cryptokannon for this #achievement6 task which has given me a better comprehension of the steem ecosystem.
