My Achievement6 task by @tjean understanding curation and community

Hi steemit today I will be doing my achievement 6 task.

Q1 Do you understand how voting and curation works in steemit?

Yes, I actually understand how they do work. voting on steemit refers to the quality of upvoting a post/content of an author and the more steem power you have, it increases your upvote influence on a post than one with a lesser steem power. Voting on steemit is the same as one can press the like button on facebook but now the different is that on steemit you receive a curation reward. Curation on steemit refers to the actual benefit/reward gain from upvoting a post or even a comment. When an upvote is cast, 50% goes to the content creator and another 50% goes to curators. By this both parties become so important.

Q2 What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

Below are the things that go on when a post is being voted before 5 minutes.
At 1 minute, the curator receives 20%, and 80% remains in the rewards pool.
At 2 minutes, the curator receives 40%, and 60% remains in the rewards pool.
At 3 minutes, the curator receives 60% and 40% remains in the rewards pool.
At 4minutes, the curator receives 80%, and 20% remains in the rewards pool.

Q3 who will you vote for steem witness and why?

The following are my top witness on steem and even more because I will vote for as many of the steem witness that I can as they keep on working round the clock to make sure that the bloc chain keeps on functioning properly.
1)@justyy and why, It’s because he came about with steemyy.com
2)@steemchiller and why, it’s because he is the developer of steemworld.org which easily facilitate my use of steemit.
3)Etc.

Q4 which community will you joint on steemit and why?

Currently there are as many community on the steemit block chain and on joining, I have already joint a host of them which if you go through my profile u can see for yourself. E.g steem-cameroon, steemalive, world of xpilar etc. my reason of engaging into as many community is because it’s writing ‘’two heads are better off than one’’ so I intend to gather as much information and to also know what other are doing round the world and to also learn from one another thereby also encouraging others through my upvotes on thier content as they also do on mined.
