Every organization has it's own different etiquette which are applicable within the organization to ensure smooth running and to inert law and order in the workplace.

Steemit is also not an exception, as a platform bring different people with different ideas and training, it is important for a etiquette to be given inorder to mantain law and orderliness. So today as a requirement for verification i'm going to be posting about the different etiquitte which are expected to be observe.
Plagiarism
Making original and quality content involves hard works (and who really likes to stress him/herself) so most authors resolve to a less-stressful and dishonest method which is: Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the act of copying other people's work without giving appropriate credit to the author or editing quite a few words to make it like seem like your own source work. This isn't to mean that other authors works can't be featured in you post but it should be properly cited.
Citation
Citation is giving credit to an author whose work is quoted, summarized or paraphrase in another author work. Citation can be done on by using the quotation ("") mark and including the link to the source, or by using the "> " function, this will put the quote in a separate box then the source link can be added.

I made a search on what is citation? " Citation is a quotation from or reference to a book, paper, or author, especially in a scholarly work." Source
A link source can be added by using this command
[Source].(https://source.link.here) without the dot between the ](

This function is called out by the greater than sign (>) followed by space "> ".
With this your work is considered a non-plagiarized content as the original author/link of the quote was referenced and acknowledged to be the owner.
