Definition of PLAGIARISM
It is the use of another persons thoughts, idea, knowledge as one's own or taking benefit of another persons idea, language, intellectual and thought.
TYPES OF PLAGIARISM
We have different type of Plagiarism; the common one's are as follows:
Direct Plagiarism
Self Plagiarism
Mosaic Plagiarism
Accidental Plagiarism
DIRECT PLAGIARISM:
Direct Plagiarism is the use of exact same word in another persons work, without proper citation.
SELF PLAGIARISM
Self-Plagiarism is when someone present his past work without the knowledge of his educators involved.
MOSAIC PLAGIARISM
Mosaic Plagiarism is when someone gets information from a source. Without quoting the source from which the information was gotten.
ACCIDENTAL PLAGIARISM
Accidental Plagiarism occurs when someone disregards quoting or citing the source from which the data was gotten or unintentionally misrepresent the source in his work.
CONSEQUENCES OF PLAGIARISM
PLAGIARISM AFFECTS AUTHORS
This is a situation where someone take claim of another person idea and knowledge and in this case the original creator is being wiped out completely from the work. This is quite traumatic.
2 )PLAGIARISTS SWINDLE READERS
Plagiarism affects information dissemination. Plagiarism cut short the connection to past information by rejecting the source of information and their leaving the reading with inadequate information.
3)PLAGIARISM INFRINGES AUTHORS' RIGHTS
When unique idea or content is taken away from the original creator, he can no longer make reference to his work in the future.
4)PLAGIARISM DEFRAUD THE SYSTEM
The amount of time needed to create a solid piece of information, the quantity of distributions in specific specialists' CVs is genuinely exceptional, plagiarism makes it easy to summarize the rundown of distributions on a CV and when enrollment commissions look for amount, they are paid for what they are not qualified to have.
