Health is the key to all happiness.
If you have more wealth but you are not healthy, you will never be happy. Money alone cannot bring all happiness. Peace of mind is most important

In addition to well-being, mental well-being and mental beauty are also important.

Because the beauty of the mind will depend on how well you can do your work. But at the root of everything is wellness. And to stay healthy you have to eat healthy food.

You need to eat more fruits to keep the body healthy and increase the body's resistance to disease.

Eat eggs, milk, bananas or any nutritious food regularly. Get into the habit of eating nutritious food and exercising regularly.

Try to walk or play sports. Make it a habit to run or walk regularly. Walking is a good exercise.

Eat routinely, eat more protein foods and avoid fatty foods. Refrain from smoking. And try to stay carefree. Because if you are tense or upset, you will not be able to do your job properly. Read funny books, talk to family members or talk to people you like, do things you like to relieve tension.

Health of body and mind is the first step in living a healthy life. Remember that the body is yours and it is your responsibility to keep it healthy.
