What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism means reproduction of someone else work or concepts either an impression or article etc.. without the acknowledgement of the owner thereby presenting it as your own work or ideal.

Plagiarism is stealing of another authors publication, language, thought, concepts or expressions and them reproducting and claiming as your own original work"

How to avoid plagiarism

1. Include quotations in your work
2. Ensure that your work is cited
3. Publish your own work in your way or style
4. utilize plagiarism checker
5. make reference

What is citation

Citation means acknowledging the actual owner content or work to your knowledge and providing your readers the access to have permission to the main origin or its source.

Examples of plagiarism are :

• Copying another writers work without the citing or direction to where the exact material use should be found

• Republishing another author work, structure language or expressions without reference

• Rewriting an original authors work also useing the same ideas with citation

• utilizing images,Art, concepts,literature text or illustrations from a source without citing.

• Copying and pasting from different sources and combining them together to form your own
