Hello to all my dear friends of this community, today I want to talk about one of my great passions, which is rugby, it is a sport of evasion and contact played as a team, its birth was in England, it is in that country where it took its name, based on the rules of football, they were elaborated in the school of the city of Rugby (Rugby School) for the nineteenth century, this sport is practiced internationally on all continents, although it has reached its highest peak in the nations that make up the British Isles (Scotland, Wales, England, Ireland and Northern Ireland), as well as in Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, South Africa, Tonga, Uruguay, Argentina and France.

Rugby was included as an Olympic sport at the initiative of Baron Pierre de Coubertin, promoter of the modern Olympics, who had been referee of the 1892 final, between Stade Français and Racing Club de France. He was present at the Olympic Games in Paris 1900, London 1908, Antwerp 1920 and Paris 1924. The causes of their exclusion were the minimal number of participating countries (average below 3), the debut of women at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics and the IOC's increased emphasis on individual sports. In Berlin 1936 it was played for the last time although it was friendly.
