Achievement 2 @saravanann Task : Basic Security on Steem

Greeting to all,
Have a nice day guys. I have successfully completed my achievement 1 but did not get any upvote. Now I am going to complete my achievement 2 task. I hereby present my achievement 2 task which will be about basic security on steem.

            Question 1

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?
Yes, I have stored it in offline and online mode. I can easily retrive from my google drive and laptop.

             Question 2

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
1 Master key
It is most important primary key. It has higher importance and power. We can use the Master password to generate all other keys. So dont share your master key with others. Save it in a secured place.
2 Posting Key
This key is used in your daily activities in steemit. We can use for our activities like sign in to your account,voting, commenting,editing and muting of account.
3 Memo Key
The memo key is used to encrypt and decrypt memos when transferring funds.
4 Active Key
The Active key is mainly used in steemit wallet. So it is related to money. It is used intransaction from the wallet such as placing an order of exchange, transfer tokens or powering steem up and down, vote for witnesses, SBD conversion etc.
5 Owner Key
Owner key is one of the most important key. It can be used to recover our account and used to change all the keys. So it should be kept safely and dont share with others.
6 Public Keys
Private keys have all the public keys mentioned above, since public keys associates with username they encrypts and view messages also and note that, but the public keys are not needed to be used to login on steemit.com.

             Question 3

How do you plan to keep your master password?
I had stored my keys pdf in my laptop and in my google drive. I have stored all keys in notepad and stored in my laptop. I have also taken an offline copy of printout and stored in a secured place.

             Question 4

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

First of all you need to login to steemitwallet.com.
On the steem, click the down arrow.

Then click Transfer.

Enter the receiver username in the To column without any symbol@. Then press Next

enter your active key and click Sign in.
Now you have completed

             Question 5

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Click the Power up on steem

Enter the amount and then click power up

Finally enter your active key then click sign-in
Now you have completed.
