Question no.1-:

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Answer:

• Voting:
  Is basically a process of like or dislike the post on steemit. Many users compare this with Facebook, Instagram as we like and dislike to post. But in steemit when someone like your post on steemit then you will get reward on steemit.

• Upvote:

Process of liking a post on steemit is called upvote. When you press a upward green arrow, it's means you like the post or upvote the post.

• Downvote:
  Process of disliking a post on steemit is called steemit. When you do not like the content someone shared then tou can press the downward red arrow.

• Curation:
  Curation means the reward you receive of your post when someone upvoted on your post. The reward is the form of steem dollars ,steem power and tron.
  The 50% reward of the author and 50% reward to the curations.
  When you get the down vote on the post you will get no curation reward. You can get these rewards in steemit wallet after 7 days.

Question no.2

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after voting?

Answer:
As you know that 50% of curations Rewards. You will receive you upvote . But what happen when you upvote the post with in 5 minutes of a posting.

Vote	Curation Effects

Immediately	You will receive no curation reward when you upvote a post at the time of posting.
After 1 minute	20% curator reward and 80% in reward pool.

After 2 minutes	40% curator reward and 60% in reward pool.
After 3 minutes	60% curator reward and 40% in reward pool.

After 4 minutes	80% curator reward and 20% in reward pool.
After 5 minutes	100% curator reward and 0%in reward pool.

Who will you vote for steem witness?And why?

Answer:
I want to vote for steem witness but most the i want @steemchiller because he develop the informative and helpful website for steemit user steemworld.org.
I also want to vote @justyy for creating steemscan.com. Because the is helpful tools for us.

Question no.4

Which community you will join in steemit,and why?

Answer:
When i was a new on steemit then i just join newcomers community and verified my achievements there.
After verified my achievements i joined other communities like steem infinity zone,steemit Pakistan.
And know i want join steem crypto academy. Hope full for complete all requirements for this community and will be members of community.

Here, I'm completed my achievement.
There is the last task of achievement 1 to 6 . Now,I'm completed my all achievements. Thank you everyone for supporting me on my all achievements.
