What is Content Etiquette:

The code of conduct for doing a certain task. For various roles, there has been various etiquette. The term "content etiquettes" refers to the ethical concerns which keep in mind when publishing on steemit. In simple words, One should avoid plagiarized content on steemit as it is considered illegal worldwide. Plagiarism is said to be prohibited in the steemain society, which allows its participants to think creatively. But first, let's go over what plagiarism is
.

What is plagiarism:

Plagiarism is derived from the Latin word 'plagiarius,' which means literally 'to lie.' Plagiarism happens once someone copies another author's work, idea, creation, or article without accurately citing the source or attributing the original author. Plagiarism is a form of intellectual infringement that is prohibited by statute. Plagiarism is divided into several categories:
.

1.) Self-plagiarism:
This is obvious when a work's author reuses his or her ideas for a second time without the professor's permission. As a consequence, even though the idea was his, the writer might use citations and references in the novel.

2.) Direct plagiarism:
If you edit a writer's work word for word without modifying a single comma or full stop, it is known as a paraphrase. That is, you duplicate everything you see.

3.) Accedental plagiarism:
Accedental plagiarism occurs when an individual fails to reference their references, references, or outright fabrications them or unintentionally paraphrases a source by using related or equivalent expressions, groups of words, or sentence form without attribution.

4.) Rephrasing plagiarism:
Plagiarism can be described as rephrasing a piece of text with your language. According to scholars, this is the most common kind of plagiarism.

5.) Mosaic plagiarism:
This kind of plagiarism occurs when an author uses words from a text without citing them or finds related expressions that aren't in the author's vocabulary but keeping the actual content's basic structure and meaning.

Here's why we don't plagiarise:

source

  1. It reduces the authors' ability to do analysis.
  2. It is a deterrent to innovation and the development of new content.
  3. It has a negative impact on the writer's reputation.
  4. A student who plagiarises may be disqualified from his or her university or college.
  5. If the content is shielded by copyright law, the plagiarist may face legal action.
  6. It defines you as a fake.

How to avoid plagiarism:

  1. Understanding Plagiarism is the first step. Plagiarism occurs when you use someone else's vocabulary or thoughts and claim them as your own.
  2. Quote and paraphrase correctly.
  3. Cite your sources correctly.
  4. Double-check your output for plagiarism.
  5. Put it into practice.
  6. Simply quote the words and phrases of some other person. Be sure to put quotation marks around these words and/or phrases!
  7. Use other people's theories, concepts, views, analysis, and so on.
  8. Use statistics or evidence that aren't your personal, such as historical, mathematical, or scientific data.

Steemit is a vibrant forum for creating high-quality content. As a result, all Steemians must work hard to improve their own abilities. It will improve our writing abilities and knowledge, as well as make us proud of our accomplishments.

Hello @jawad101..
Thanks for taking time to rate this post. But its good you always read and checkout for comments from other greeters.

Forexample @ghostfacer99 has gone through this post and gave remarks/instructions for the author to edit so the post can be giving a rate, yet you didn't check the comment and proceeded by verifying and giving your own rating.

I would advice you take time to go through both post and comments before rating.

Thanks

Actually both queries were completed before 2 days ago - I thought Gostfacer99 forget to visit him back so I verified him.
Next time I will inform the greeter/helper if I find any other same case to revisit the Achievement for the verification or rating.
Thank You😊
