It is a necessity to make one's post look very neat and attractive in steemit community in order to help reading of one's post very easy and capture interest of readers. Today, I will use my achievement 4 in teaching how this markdowns can be applied.

Below are few of the markdowns which can be put to use in regular bases in order to make your post/work look attractive, readable and captive.

1. HEADERS

Like every other text or articles read comes with headers, some even carry sub-headers in other to make readers understand the main aim of the write up or article. Here in steemit, I have come to understand that to apply a header, the # button is used. the number of "#" used, actually determines how large or small your header would be and the is observed as the higher the number of # the smaller the sizer of the of header. e.g;

Header 1

Header 2

Header 3

Header 4

Header 5
Header 6

The above is achieved by inputing

# Headline 1
## Headline 2
### Headline 3
#### Headline 4
##### Headline 5
###### Headline 6

with the 6 # been the smallest header. ___

2. TEXT FORMATING

A. JUSTIFICATION
Like with every other documents, texts can be formatted as well in steem. This way, one can apply justification to text, rather than just leave it left. And am sure we all know very well how justifying a text makes it look more readable. Then, how can one apply justification to a text? here's how <div class="text-justify">
example of work;
WITH THE JUSTIFICATION COMMAND

The fast brown fox, jumped over the lazy dog. While the children watched from the playground even though they were terrified of the Fox's act of bravery.

WITHOUT THE JUSTIFICATION;
The fast brown fox, jumped over the lazy dog. While the children watched from the playground even though they were terrified of the Fox's act of bravery.

B. ALIGNMENT
sometimes, one is required to write his/her article in 2 columns just like in the news papers. this could be achieved using the alignment command <div class="pull-right">
. Example;

TEXT RIGHT The fast brown fox, jumped over the lazy dog. While the children watched from the playground even though they were terrified of the Fox's act of bravery.
TEXT LEFT The fast brown fox, jumped over the lazy dog. While the children watched from the playground even though they were terrified of the Fox's act of bravery.

C. HOW TO CENTRALIZE TEXT
One will need to add the comand <center> text here </center> e.g;

@SAHMIE

D. HOW TO ADD SUBSCRIPT
To do that, one will have to use the text or number here to make a text or number appear below the baseline. This could be useful when writing chemical formulas such as the examples below.
H2, HCl2, MgCl2 etc.

E. HOW TO ADD SUPERSCRIPT
You can use the text or number here command for a text to appar above the baseline, this can be useful when writing mathematics formulas. Examples
πR2, 32, MK3

3. PUTTING LINKS

To stop plagiarism, one has to insert links to any content not originally created by him or her, thereby referencing the source of that content. This can easily be done by copying and pasting the source of that content closely/below the content. Example;

images.png https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSHlNN-yRBPmhswmING5Dmbjkja3AR9dmtf_Q&usqp=CAU

But by doing that, it could be an eye sour while reading, so it could be better if placed in a tittle itself, that way, readers don't get to see the whole address. This could be achieved by using a bracket for the header and parentheses for the link as shown below [image source](link to which the image was downloaded) i.e;

images.png image source

Other way of adding link to a person's profile in steemit is by adding @ infront of the person's user name. E.g @sahmie.

4. TABLES

Tables has a unique way of beautifying an article, especially one that deals with differences of two items. To input a table the easily, just type in the following command
Header 1 | Header 2
--------- | ----------
Cell 1 | Cell 2

example

Difference between Animal and Plant cells
Animal cellPlant cell
1. has no cell wallhas cell wall
2. has no vacuolescontain vacuoles

5. ADDING BLOCKQUOTES

This is needed when you are referring to someone's quotation. Either you when you are quoting someone's statement or a statement in a book. This can easily be added using the ">" key. By placing it in front of the sentence. example is;

"It is said that a hunter who went hunting and cames back home with a goat is a thief."
_African proverbs

I have really learnt a lot from this achievement and I would make sure I do apply the necessary markdowns in my subsequent post to make my post look very readable and attractive.

Thank you very much for this wonderful lesson taught.

And thank you to everyone for time in reading
