Greeting everyone,

I am delighted that i have reached my achievement 4 task for the submission to the newcommers' community. It is going to be about Fasting.

If you are into being health concious, you certainly have known and gone through fasting one way or another. In general, fasting is a form of restricting yourself from eating as long as you can carry on. It can be traced back to the early ancestors of different eras who used to fast for their overall good health. We often see people fasting for religious reasons. Not only humans, but also other animals often fast during sickness.

There is another form of fasting that is in growing popularity known as intermittent fasting. It allows us to consume foods during 8hrs period and fast rest of the day.
How does the intermittent fasting differ from general fasting?

Intermittent fasting that involves 8hours of time for consuming foods. You have to make sure that you do not eat for 16 hours of day. If you are living a busy life, this fasting is way better for you to maintain your health.
General Fasting avoids you from consuming any foods during its period. Some people also consider it to be going even without water.it is not an easy one to start with. However, people with strong will power can accomplish this fasting very often.

Moreover, whichever fasting you go with, these are beneficial for our good lifestyle. They help us to detoxify our body which involves the cleansing of our internal body parts. As a result, your immunity against any diseases increases drastically. But, the persistence of the fasting is needed. Slowly, we can feel the change happening in our health. Since, the modern world that we live in has become more pollutated with time. The air that we breathe, the water that we drink, the food that we eat and so on have become questionable due to their compromised qualities. So, i believe it would be appropriate to fast whenever we can depending on our preference.

Fasting is not just a physical discipline; it can be a spiritual feast.

It is very important to consider the kind of foods that you consume to break the fasting. The alkaline foods balance the acidity of our body so these foods are my best recommendations. It goes without saying whether you are fasting or not, our body always welcomes the alkaline foods for the better health.
Some alkaline foods of my choice are:

Avocado Orange
Cabbage Banana

It is not possible to delete my achievement 4. What should i do with the achievement 4 since achievement 3 has not been verified?
