Plagiarism What do we consider as plagiarism? We consider plagiarism to be the act of stealing other people's information and work and passing them off as their own. That is a direct theft from the original author of the work. plagiarism, is simply other people's ideas and make them pass them off as their own without giving merit to the one we are plagiarizing.

plagiarism is a dishonest and very frowned upon act and can also be considered a crime since we are stealing information from other people, and such information is not of our authorship and it is wrong that we give ourselves credit for it.

that characterizes plagiarism

the complete unauthorized theft of a work by an author, as an example: the case of a singer who steals the lyrics from another and that sings it as if it were his own, the presentation of the song as ours without giving credit to the original author would be seen as a resounding plagiarism, and such theft could bring us legal consequences.

Plagiarism is considered:

when we steal a work and make it known as our own.

copy a text without referring to its original author .in a clear plagiarism that is being done and for that reason it is frowned upon when doing so since every time we extract information from an author we must mention it and not omit it a serious example - source

Method to avoid plagiarism:

we must give credit to all the work we do

What should we quote?

data , , statistics which are not self-knowledge.

specific ideas that have been proposed by other people should be cited.

any information that is not publicly known must be cited.

If we use information that is not public, we must mention it:citing the source.

Basic rules to avoid plagiarism when using information from other works:

always cite the sources from which we obtained the information and that is not of our authorship.

we should not copy and paste private information because if we do we will fall into plagiarism

with this achievement we learn a very important rule and that we must take into account in this platform since plagiarism is something very frowned upon and punished we must be original creating exclusive content and not falling into that trickery was a pleasure for me to make this achievement and learn more about this topic.
