If you click on Activity in the top left, you will see everything in your blog comment upvote. Here you can get full details of how many people have followed you and how many people you have followed. You have to click on the social button. And if your post resteem, or reblog, and is shared, you can see it here. Below I have given screenshots for your convenience.

You are talking of two different aspects, activity and social, but is difficult to differentiate them as you put them together without division.
