Which is about content etiquette and we will majorly talk about the termPLAGIARISM In this article. So without wasting our time let's start our discussion.

• We will discuss first that what is plagiarism.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM:

PLAGIARISM is an abused term that means to steal the thoughts and imaginations of others and proved as the own imaginations. In plagiarism, people take the ideas of others in their articles and do not give the source or citation. And proved the stolen ideas as they are their own. It's real abuse. In plagiarism, people don't give credit to the real authors. They can steal videos, blogs, quotes, pictures as their own.

SELF PLAGIARISM:

• Self-plagiarism means that you reuse your work or content again without any attribution.

MOSAIC PLAGIARISM:

• Mosaic plagiarism is a type of plagiarism in which people rearranged the sentences from the content of others and their content is the combination of their own words and the paraphrased sentences of others.

DIRECT PLAGIARISM:

• It is the type of plagiarism in which you copy the text same to same from others content and publishes as your own.

COMPLETE PLAGIARISM:

• This is the type of plagiarism in which people publish others' work or thoughts in their name.

These are some types of plagiarism.

HOW TO PREVENT PLAGIARISAM

Now we will discuss some methods to prevent plagiarism when you used other content and create your own. It is necessary to avoid plagiarism for real success in your life.

CITATION:

• If you have used other ideas pictures and sentences in your content then give the source of the copied material for giving credit to real authors or photographers and bloggers. This method is also known as citation and in this way, you can use other's ideas in your publishing without worry. So citation is very important.

How to give citation:

The method of giving citations is very easy. Here I will discuss the methods of giving citations of images.

FOR IMAGES

First of all copy the image and paste where you want.

Second Then copy the link address or image address.

Third put the bracket [ below the image write source and then close the bracket [large braket].

Fourth Now put the small bracket ( and paste the link there and now close the brackets(small brackets)Carefully use brackets for proper citation.

FOR BLOGS

If you want to give your post or for others, you have to copy the link address.
For Quotes
If you want to use the quote from any source . You have to simply place the symbol[ <] before starting the quote.

It looks like that and it is a method of giving a line or quote from another source.

So these were the methods of giving citation.

PARAPHRASING:

PARAPHRASING is another method to prevent plagiarism little. In this method, you have to change the thoughts and information of the source into your terms without modifying its unique circumstances. Attention is necessary while paraphrasing. You have to write the source paragraph into your own words without changing the meaning of the real paragraph.

OWN CONTENT:

The best method and successful method to prevent plagiarism are by using your content using your ideas, thoughts, creations. This method is more profitable. It also helps us to increase our creativity. Always the most favorable and appreciable content is your content in which you use your vocabulary and creativity.

So we should try to create our content and avoid plagiarism for success. Creative content is always supported. So be creative. Steemit platform also supports creative content and content that is free from plagiarism.
