Achievement 5 Task 2 by @predomina : Review Steemscan.com
Introduction
Hello my people,
On this new day I have come to continue the journey of my achievement task. For a while now I have not been able to finish the remaining task. Today I will be working on achievement 5 task 2 this is because I have been able to complete the task 1 previously and I have really learnt a lot from it. I will be reviewing steemscan.com which was developed by @futureshock.
View of Steemscan Home page
The image above shows steemscan.com and on the image you can see graphs showing current prices and volumes, latest transaction and latest blocks. At the top left hand side of the page you will see a menu bar. This menu bar consist of seven different navigation bars namely
- Home
- Witnesses
- DApps
- Dev tools
- Quick convert
- Search
- Steem Engine
To see all the menu present, click on the menu icon. See screenshot below.
Latest Prices and Volumes
Here there two different graphs showing latest price and volume respectively. The graph located at the left hand side is the latest prices graph. From the graph you can see that the current price of 1 steem is US $0.38. The graph located at the right hand side contains the volume of latest steem and presently, the volume of steem is approximately about US $10,000.
Latest Transactions and Latest Blocks
The latest transaction menu shows all the latest transactions carried out on the steemit blockchain.Once the latest transaction menu is clicked, you will be able to see the following Block ID, ID, Timestamp, Sender, Receiver/permitlink/ID, type, and amount. The screenshot of the latest transaction is seen below.
In the case of the latest block, it consist of the ID, Height, and block transaction. The screenshot of the latest block is seen below.
Witnesses
This section shows all the active witness available and their respective details. This details include Rank, Witness, Approval (MV), status, version, missed, price feed, Reg fee and vote. The screenshot below shows details of Witnesses.
To vote for a witness follow the steps below
- click on vote
- You will be required to login and then continue
- Approve your transaction
Once you click approve then you have successfully voted the witness
DApps
In this section, it helps users to view other several apps which can be helpful to them. In other words it is a quick access to other dapps within the steemit blockchain. Features contain include Name, About, users, transactions and publisher. The screenshot below shows all the dapps.
Quick convert
As the name suggest, quick convert, this section is used to convert your steem to any of these other three tokens I.e USDT or BTC or TRX. To activate this, enter the amount of steem you wish to convert and then choose the currency you wish to convert it to. After that, enter the withdrawal address where you want your steem to be converted. Then click on the Create Order to place the order & enter your private active key to confirm the order. The screenshot below shows the quick convert section.
More section found in this platform include the search section, Steem Engine, dev tools. The screenshot below shows this aformationed section.
