Hello dear steemit family!
I'm here for the completion of my achievement 4 task which requires me to learn and then apply the markdown skill on my post from the template available. The advantage of applying markdown to the post improves it's overall look and makes it appear more organized and neat.
Importance of exercise
Exercise is very important for a healthy mind and body. It not only gives the physical benefits but helps in improving the mental health too.
Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases.
- Improves our mood and reduces anxiety
- Protects us against many heart diseases
- Helps in weight loss
- Improves sleep
