I send my warmest greetings to you once again my lovely people.
Today's achievement is about expressing my understanding of curation, community and many others.
Let's do a quick recap of the under-listed issues.

HOW VOTING AND CURATION WORK ON STEEMIT
Curation and voting are more or less the same, an author gets curation from curators based on the quality of their content and the interest of the curators. After curation, the curator and the author split the reward or income of the curator's vote which is represented 100% no matter the value by two which is 50% to the curator and to the author respectively.
Higher SP influence higher vote weight and vice versa.
There's a voting manner which indicates the percentage or weight of a user after gaining at least 500SP.
The voting Mana pool is 100% which comprised of 75% Upvote and 25% downvote strength and it is flexible.
It's best to curate a content after 5min of its posting just to receive the total 50% of the 100% reward of the curation or vote.
Downvotes are meant for abusive or uninteresting post but an author is only affected if the reputation of the voter is above his or hers and also if the downvotes outweighs the upvotes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A VOTE IS CAST TO A CONTENT AFTER 5MIN OF POSTING
The curator of the post receives exactly 50% of the 100% value of the vote casted on the post as a reward without loosing much.

WHO I WILL VOTE FOR STEEM WITNESS AND WHY
I will actually vote for steemchiller as a steem witness because I believe he is competent and well experienced enough to handle the position.

THE COMMUNITY I WILL JOIN AND AND WHY
I will join the Crypto Academy Community because I need to gain more insight about the crypto world and its operations and also to gain a profitable income as well.
