Am writing my achievement 3 and am talking on the topic: plagiarism
Before i proceed will like to explain the in details the meaning of plagiarism.
what is plagiarism?
Plagiarism is offensive act in writing it is the act of quoting someone job (writing) without acknowledging the person or obtain permission from the person.
Types of plagiarism
- Deliberate Plagiarism
- Paraphrasing Plagiarism
- Mosaic Plagiarism Plagiarism
- Deliberate Plagiarism:
This is the act of copying a person write up deliberate with an intention to get credit without informing the person or changing words.
Or
It's the act of lefting a context from a text without any form of change.
- Paraphrasing Plagiarism
This is the form of Plagiarism that involves copying a word or text and changing some things or key words while the sentence still remain the same.
Mosaic Plagiarism Plagiarism
This is the act using a word in opposite (synonyms) to change the original word of the author.
*How to avoid plagiarism
A writer should understand the topic of his or her before writing.
A writer should make more research on the topic before penning it down if the writer wants make a reference of someone work he or she should always quote the author.
Keep record of the person you or author you quoted
*what is citations *?
A citation is a bibliography or where a person get an information he or she use in writing an article or an academic text.
