What is Plagiarism?

Plagiarism is that you take credit of someone else's content, ideas, images, words, article to you own. The act of stealing someone else work and representing it as yours without their permission.

If you are not writing by your own, using any other source and publishing that content without including the citation in your content then this content is Plagiarized which means you didn't give credit to the particular source or person whose material you were portraying as your own.

How to avoid plagiarism?

• The following are some key points by which one can avoid plagiarism:-
  ✓ Focus on your context and have good knowledge of it.
  ✓ While writing your own content don't steal
  other's ideas and words.
  ✓ If you are using someone else's content cite it properly.
  ✓ Use " " for quoting other's words.
  ✓ Learn how to paraphrase text.
  ✓ Use software for plagiarism checker.

What is Citation?

Everytime you write taking help help from someone's content do not forget to cite that work. Citation is act of giving reference to the text you have written or searched for. While writing take a clear look at your content and give proper citation if it has external material which has been published earlier regardless of the fact that its an image, idea or anything. Paraphrase your text. Use proper quotation mark in your content.
