What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism is more needed in the field of writing. Plagiarism is the perpetuation of someone else's writing as one's own. Again, it is called plagiarism to change the writing of others and continue as one's own. Plagiarism is a serious crime. Plagiarism is not acceptable to anyone. If someone's writing, literary research ideas are copied exactly and continue in their own name is called plagiarism. It is increasing day by day.If someone commits plagiarism, the real owner of the edit is greatly harmed. It is specially forbidden. Everyone needs to be aware of plagiarism.

Plagiarism is presenting someone else’s work or ideas as your own, with or without their consent, by incorporating it into your work without full acknowledgement. All published and unpublished material, whether in manuscript, printed or electronic form, is covered under this definition. Plagiarism may be intentional or reckless, or unintentional. Under the regulations for examinations, intentional or reckless plagiarism is a disciplinary offence.source

The two characteristics of plagiarism are given below.

1 To carry out his writings in his own name without recognizing any worthy person.
2 Many words of writing are copied from another place.

There can be many types of plagiarism. The following are some of the types of plagiarism

1. direct plagiarism

This is to copy someone else's writing directly and pass it on to one's own name. Copying someone else's writing means not mentioning it in any proper way.

2. Mosaic plagiarism

This is basically when a person uses phrases directly from a source without using any quotation marks, cuts out the phrases and adds some of his own words to his name.

3. Accidental plagiarism

This is what happens when a person neglects to exaggerate. Unintentionally translating without recognizing the same word.

Avoid Plagiarism

Everyone needs to be aware of plagiarism. We all need to know about its harmful effects. It is a crime and immoral to do so. This should be avoided altogether. Plagiarism must be avoided. We must all refrain from plagiarism. No one's writing can be stolen. If you take someone's writing or something, you have to give its source. If not, it will be marked as plagiarism. Everyone needs to be aware.Plagiarism is extremely dangerous & unethical. In Steemit, it is very important to avoid plagiarism. So, everybody should be careful about Plagiarism.
